Questions
Lash extensions naturally shed with your own lash cycle, typically every 6–8 weeks. A fill appointment every 3–4 weeks is recommended to maintain fullness.
Arrive with clean, make-up free lashes and brows. Avoid caffeine before lash appointments as it can cause eye fluttering. For PMU, avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and retinol for 48 hours prior.
A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or light scratching — very manageable.
Nano brows and ombré powder brows typically last 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A touch-up at 6–8 weeks is included in the initial treatment price.
Yes — avoid oil-based products around the eye area as they break down the adhesive. Water-based mascara on the lower lashes is fine. We recommend avoiding mascara on extensions entirely.
A patch test is mandatory for all PMU treatments and recommended for clients with sensitive skin before lash or brow tinting. Please book your patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
